Delivery of orders
Orders received by 3.00pm will be dispatched that day. Orders received after 3.00pm will be processed and dispatched the next business day. Wickliffe will use all reasonable efforts to ensure delivery of the order to the customer.
- By 12 noon the business day following dispatch, provided the customers location is within a Main Centre; or
- By 2:00pm the following business day for all other Regional locations that are not Rural; and
- By not later than 5.30pm the 3rd business day following the dispatch for all rural locations.
Means the main city centres and towns as described in the New Zealand Post Postal Users Guide to which the courier can execute overnight deliveries to business addresses by 12 noon the following business day.
Means the regional centres as described in the New Zealand Post Postal Users Guide to which the courier can execute overnight deliveries to business addresses by 2.00pm the following business day
Returning an order
If returning goods you must do so within 14 day or no credit will be issued.
Please ensure you phone the Help Desk on (06) 354 6337 to receive a Return Authority No., this must be written on all cartons returning to us. If the return is due to an ordering error on the customer’s behalf, then freight charges to return product to Wickliffe in this instance is the responsibility of the customer.

An invoice will be issued to you for your prompt payment. Invoices will be issued at the end of each month by the NZTA.
